This chapter contains complex and potentially confusing documents. It is necessary to review each to be assured complete presentation of the topics covered in the chapter. The Administration Chapter contains 4 related documents. [1] Chapter 2.x of the City of Nyssa Code which deals with Administrative code, [2] Ordinance 408 which established a Zoning system for the city. [3] Ordinance 604-04 which inserted a new section (16.x) into Chapter 2, dealing with changes required in response to Measure 37. [4] Ordinance 604-04 Comprehensive Plan pages 11-12, which amended the City of Nyssa Comprehensive plan.
